What to send us

Most quotes come down to the vehicle. The more of this you can give us up front, the fewer times we have to come back with questions.

  • Year, make and modelTrim level too, if you know it — it often decides which parts fit.
  • What you want doneA description of the problem is as useful as a product name.
  • What is already fittedFactory premium audio, an existing screen, a starter or alarm someone else installed.
  • A photo of the dash, if you canFor stereo, screen and CarPlay questions a photo of the dashboard usually answers what will fit.

Visiting

Finding the shop

We are in a unit in northeast Calgary, near the airport industrial area, off 38 Street NE. Look for the unit number — #129 — rather than the street number alone, as the building holds several units.

Vehicles are worked on indoors. If you are coming to discuss a job rather than drop the vehicle off, calling ahead means someone is free when you arrive.

Coming from further out? Directions from Panorama Hills, McKenzie Towne, Douglasdale & Douglas Glen, Springbank Hill and Cochrane.

On the day

Before your appointment

  • Bring any equipment you are supplying, including the boxes and any adapters or brackets that came with it.
  • Bring every key or remote for the vehicle where the job involves programming — remote starters and some security work need them all present.
  • Take anything valuable out of the areas we will be working in — doors, dash, console, boot and under the seats.
  • Tell us at drop-off about any existing fault, warning light or previous accessory work, even if it seems unrelated.

Questions

Getting in touch

Do I need an appointment?

Booking ahead is best, especially in remote starter season. You can book online, call the shop, or send the form and we will come back to you with times.

How quickly will you reply?

Calls are answered fastest during shop hours. Enquiries sent outside hours are picked up the next day we are open — we are closed Sunday.

Can you quote over the phone or by email?

Often, yes, once we know the year, make and model and what you want done. Some jobs need us to see the vehicle before we can be accurate, and we will say so rather than guess.

Can I bring the vehicle in without booking?

You are welcome to come by during opening hours to talk about a job, but installation work is booked to the vehicle, so we may not be able to start the same day.

Can I supply my own equipment?

Often, yes. Send us the vehicle and what you have bought and we will confirm whether it suits the vehicle before you book.

Where exactly are you?

#129 10985 38 St NE, Calgary, AB T3N 1Z2, in northeast Calgary near the airport industrial area. The unit number matters — the building holds several units.

How long will my vehicle be with you?

It depends on the vehicle and the work. We will tell you what to expect when we quote, rather than after you arrive.
